How I work

My style is designed to capture the atmosphere and emotions in a documentary style that really captures the essence of your day. I developed my skills when it comes to anticipating and capturing the moment. I add my personal touch and creative edge, combining my skills and understanding of natural light and composition to produce a stunning collection of storytelling wedding photographs. 

Family photographs

Your wedding coverage will not be complete without just a small number of posed photographs. In addition to our documentary style I will also shoot a range of stylised ‘bride and groom’ portraits, plus a handful of informal family group photographs to complement my fly-on-the wall approach.

Colour and Story

Each and every image is individually assessed and edited with my own presets so they look amazing. My retouching is subtle and mostly used to enhance the original image, much like traditional darkroom hand-printing. Every image I curate from your wedding day is edited exactly in the exact way I intend. Colour correction, exposure, and retouching, if needed is applied to every photograph.

What are your rates?

I’d love to hear about your wedding in as much detail as possible as every wedding varies. In that way I can tailor a custom price within your needs. But for you to have an idea click here.

Can you travel around UK and abroad for my wedding?

Yes! I love seeing new places and traveling, I’m based in Cardiff, Wales, and cover all of the UK and further afield. Get in touch for a bespoke quote including travel and accommodation.

How many images do you deliver?

Lots! In a full wedding day coverage, I normally deliver between 400-500 beautiful images.

When will we receive our products and images?

You’ll receive your images on a USB drive 9-12 weeks after your wedding date. In winter months the turnaround is often quicker. If you’ve chosen an album in your package we can start the design process once you have received your copies. For most albums, delivery is often ready after 3 weeks from approval of the final layout.

Do you offer engagement sessions?

I do! Engagements sessions are relaxed photo shoots with you as a couple, These pictures are great for ‘save the dates’, ‘signature frames’, and just beautiful images for you to treasure. I can help you through the process with location and wardrobe suggestions.

Fantastic! I’d love to start a conversation with you. I like to start the conversation over the phone or with a coffee to make sure I’m the right fit for your day. If everything is good, I’ll send over our agreement and require a 20% deposit, once I’ve received that, you’ll have the day reserved!
